These terms apply when you create a host account and use BookMe Direct to publish a property page and receive guest enquiries. By signing up you agree to them.

About BookMe Direct

BookMe Direct is a hosted service that lets short-stay hosts publish a property page and receive enquiries from guests. Guest payments are not processed on BookMe Direct — payment is arranged directly between host and guest after an enquiry is accepted.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have the right to list any property you create a page for.

Acceptable use

• Do not list property you are not authorised to rent.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading.
• Do not attempt to access other hosts' data or abuse the enquiry form.
• Do not resell or repurpose the service as your own product.

Your content

You retain ownership of the listing content, photos, and guest data you put into BookMe Direct. You grant us permission to host and display that content as needed to run the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.

Subscription, trial, and billing

• The Starter plan is $19 per month and includes up to 3 properties.
• A 7-day free trial is offered at signup. A payment method is required.
• After the trial the subscription bills monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card details.

Termination

You can stop using BookMe Direct at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, or uninterrupted availability. We are not a party to any agreement between a host and a guest.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage or by email to active hosts.
